The Communication and Fundraising Department of Street Nurses is looking for a volunteer to follow up on donor relations for at least two days a week (to be agreed upon).
Duties
- Assist the Donor Relations Officer in following up on donor requests
- Enter information into the database
- Search for missing or incorrect donor information
- Make thank-you phone calls and any other donor loyalty initiatives (emails, letters, etc.)
Desired qualities
- Patient and meticulous
- Easy and pleasant to deal with
- A good listener
- Fluency in speaking and writing
- Familiarity with database management
- Bilingual French / Dutch
Availability
- At least two days per week (to be discussed).
- Long-term commitment (at least 1 year).
