Summary of our Privacy declaration and cookies notice
We do everything in our power to protect your data. We will not pass it on to third parties for commercial reasons*.
As part of its activities, Street Nurses collects and processes personal data. This data is stored by Street Nurses ASBL in an electronic file (Mailchimp & ISS / IRaiser). It is stored and used for all communication about the activities and collection of donations of the non-profit organisation and to raise awareness about homelessness.
We consider our donors and sympathisers as privileged partners and we wish to keep them informed of our news. As a donor/sympathiser, you will therefore receive news from time to time about our activities or our actions in support of operations and patients. This information can be sent by letter, e-mail or a personalized Facebook/Instagram/Linkedin message or by phone. If you would prefer not to receive this information any longer, you can request to delete or change your data at any time.
- You may at any time request access to the data we hold about you, have it changed or deleted, provided that this does not jeopardise the proper functioning of the organisation.

For data collection in the framework of events organised or co-organised by Street Nurses :
- We collect your data in order to ensure the smooth running of our events and we will not pass it on to third parties*.
- Your data will be saved by Street Nurses in an electronic file (Mailchimp, ISS/IRaiser , Gmail/Google Drive). They will be kept and used for any communication concerning the practical organisation of the event.
- Street Nurses will keep you regularly informed about the preparations and activities of the NPO before the event, with the aim of strengthening the relationship between you as a participant and us as an organisation as much as possible.

* As part of our participation in the Brussels 20KM race, participants' data will be transferred to the Brussels 20KM organiser to process their registration. The Brussels 20KM organisation ensures the proper storage, management and security of the data we have provided.
