On Sunday May 25, 231 people ran the 20 km of Brussels wearing the colours of Street Nurses. It was a new participation record and a powerful expression of solidarity in motion.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who made this day possible:

  • to the runners, for their energy, commitment and enthusiasm throughout the race;
  • to the volunteers active before, during and after the event;
  • to the massage therapists who took care of tired legs at the finish line;
  • to our sponsors for their support: CBTW, Climact, Alco and the Fonds;
  • to our food and beverage partners: MadLab, Gimber, Kriket and Stirrr.

A special thank you also goes to all those who sponsored our runners with a donation. Your generosity has a tangible and direct impact: every euro raised helps strengthen our support for homeless people on their path to stable, sustainable housing.

This year, we also paid tribute to our colleague Pierre, who recently passed away. In his honour, a hummingbird was printed on the back of our t-shirts. This symbol reflected his spirit of commitment and his valuable contribution to our work.

Every step taken in this race brings us closer to our mission: to accompany homeless people towards sustainable housing, with dignity, professionalism and determination.

Thank you all. See you on May 31, 2026 to go even further, together!
